They always catch what's about to break before it does, thus making sure, everything is in working order and will transport me safely on Baltimore's rocky streets. Windshield wiper fluid is refilled, tire pressure checked, and making my old almost "blind" headlights look shiny and new again are just some of the standards and I don't have to request this, it happens automatically. Others have mentioned it in their reviews and it's true, Gary walks me through all the things that are needed and shows me on my car what absolutely needs work. Always honest! Great prices! The three mechanics who work there are knowledgeable, thorough and fast. Even when something unexpected needs work, I can always wait upstairs in the lobby, the parts come quickly and I can take my car home on the same day within a couple of hours.
